We currently ship within India. Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery takes up to 7 days from the day you order. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can return a set within 15 days of delivery if it’s unused and unopened, in its original packaging with the seal intact.

If your set arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

To start a return, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason, and we’ll tell you where to send it. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you; for damaged, defective or wrong items, we cover it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and checking the return.

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. Return the set for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Every kit has 12 sizes, so there’s nothing to pick at checkout.

Glue lasts up to about 2 weeks, tabs 1–3 days.

To take them off, soak for 10–15 minutes and lift gently from the side. Never force them.

Want them again? Take them off gently and they can be reused.

Need to change your delivery address? Email us as soon as you can. We can update it while your order is still being packed, but not once it’s been dispatched.

Want to cancel? You can, for a full refund, any time before your order is dispatched. Email us with your order number.
